I'm very excited to be part of the Menu For Hope V fundraiser kicking off TODAY!Ms. Adventures in Italy is hosting the prize list for Europe and my book, In Etna's Shadow: Culinary Adventures from Eastern Sicily- signed by moi- is on the list of goodies. But there are soooo many cool prizes to win. Like a food tour in London, or a big box of Swiss chocolates, there's even a Florence walking tour and market lunch, and what about that dinner for 2 in Chianti? One of these great prizes could be yours for the cost of a $10 raffle ticket!
The list keeps getting better and better as prizes are added. (Hey, maybe you've got something good to donate? If so, read more about donating here.) Remember this fundraiser isn't just limited to Italy or Europe. It's brought to you by generous bloggers, foodies, and restaurateurs from around the world. (The entire list will go live on December 15th on Chez Pim's site.)
All the money raised is being donated to the UN World Food Programme. Last year nearly $100,000 was raised through the online food community to support the school lunch and farming program for the children in Lesotho.

How to Bid for a Prize
1. Choose a prize or prizes of your choice from our Menu for Hope prize list at Chez Pim (should be live as of December 15th)
2. Go to the donation site at First Giving and make a donation.
3. Each $10 you donate will give you one raffle ticket toward a prize of your choice. You must specify which prize you’d like in the ‘Personal Message’ section in the donation form when confirming your donation. You must write-in how many tickets per prize, and please use the prize code. For example, a donation of $50 can be 2 tickets for EU01 and 3 tickets for EU02. Please write 2xEU01, 3xEU02
4. If your company matches your charity donation, please check the box and fill in the information so we could claim the corporate match.
5. Please allow your email address to be seen so that they can contact you in case you win. Your email address will not be shared with anyone.
